If You are Knowledgeable, Help Others

I do not like to brag, but today I will brag a little for a good purpose. During my school days I imparted knowledge to the few girls who were close to me. There were my Juniors in school and also into the field I was in. I was a bit above them and they always looked up to me, they brought their problems to me and I helped solve their problems. I did not push them away. I was like a mentor, the small letter 'm' mentor. I shared everything with them including my failures, my success and what they have to work on. I coached them on how to tackle a course and have an 'A'. These were the things I loved doing with them till I finished school, up till today, they still call me and seek my help. Don't die with the knowledge inside of you, use it to help people who are in need. I was always happy each time they succeeded, because their success meant my success. Life is a privilege If you are privileged to have a good health, thank God. If you are privileged to have a happy home, thank God. If you are privileged to have a good wife or husband, thank God. If you are privileged to have good parents, thank God too. If you are privileged to have a job at twenty five, thank God. Don't say that those who couldn't find a job are lazy. If you are privileged to be married, thank God. If you are privileged to have children, thank God too. It's a privilege that you are alive. It's a privilege to enjoy the good things of life It's just a privilege. It could be taken away anytime. People have issues, loads of issues that you may not know because of their handsome and beautiful faces coupled with smiles. You don't know what they are going through. So you treat everyone right, you could be in their shoes someday, you never can tell.

Dear self, be truthful. Alot of people tell lies until people can't figure out when they are saying the truth. Being so cunny and trickish. They may take it as being so smart but trust me. It isn't the best. Tell the truth and let people know the real you. Stop pretending to love someone when you never loved them. You smile at their presence then rubbish their name, when they are gone. Telling lies isn't a good reputation. I hate lies and cunny people. When once I notice you are such, I flew away. I can't stand liars. They lie and always cover up their lies with another lie. Parenting Isn't For Everyone 9

Just help your children grow, education is not enough. Help them grow, encourage them, support them. Don't support a lazy and idle child. Let them do businesses, start up a company even with a little capital. If don't help them, no one will. Talk to them and know what their interests relies. Don't treat your children as your enemy. No child deserves so treatment.

Are you a good parent? Are your children proud of you? Can they boast of you to their friends? Do you allow them to express their feelings? All these and more comprises of parenting. Parenting is much more than just paying bills. Besides the paying of bills, you have to be a great father or great mother. You have to be conducive and accommodating. You have to make your children your friend so they won't hide anything from you. And I hope you are living and fulfilling your life purpose so you won't force your unachievable life dreams on your children. The major thing that causes problems in a home is finance and if this is tackled, half of the problems in a home is solved. My father was the only one working in our home and that wasn't funny. Not in today's world. Since he was the only one working, and everyone were depending on him, he chased money and didn't give us love. Maybe to him love was all about paying bills and if you are able to receive a good education or went to a very expensive school, then you are really loved by your parents. This man paying all the bills was hell mehn, we saw hell. This is why when I see women fighting against patriarchy and the control of women, I do not stop them, I do not blame them. Most women have really suffered in the hands of terrible men. If I were a feminist, I would have gone extreme, maybe I would have been a radical feminist preaching against patriarchy and the control of women, I would have been very heartless and wicked to show the hell they made me go through but I chose...

Getting To Know Yourself

I love writing when it rains, mostly the early hours of the day, because then I get inspirations and motivations to do so. Then, everywhere is calm including my body, my mind and my brain. In the afternoon, I would feel a little tired and clumsy. Writing is fun in the morning, you can go and go writing without even feeling burden. A time where you pour out your minds, emotions, feelings and inspirations in a book. I would use my room but first, I get outside to be refreshed by nature, the early morning dew, air and freshness then returned back to my room. The early morning air soothes my body and refreshes my mind giving me the ability to start a new day. Now, you may want to try this, but it might not really work for you as most people get their inspirations and their ability to write in the afternoon or amidst people. I can't write with people around me, I wouldn't know how to write down my feelings deeply. So get to know what works for you. Know you strength, know your weak...
