What is depression?

Depression is a state of being sad, anxious with no enthusiasm. We have one time or the other feel sad, unloved, rejected, miserable may be due to the death of people dear to us, breaking up from a relationship, divorced or being fired from work. These situations or substance may lead to what is called depression. It is a mental illness that builds up over time, if not diagnosed early may lead to suicide.

- Loneliness
- Lack of self-esteem
- Not taking enough sleep
- Lack of exercise

Symptoms of depression
- Sadness
- Irritability
- Restlessness
- Not partaking in social activities

Remedy for depression
- Exercise daily
- Eat healthy food
- Get busy
- Socialize and make new friends
- Appreciate yourself
