" Customer is always right " Yes! If you want your customers to keep coming to you, you have to treat them right, like important people and you have to give everyone same treatment. Below is just a few tips I put up together. Read them, don't only read but put all into action. You will thank me later.
- Welcome everyone with a smile. A smile can do magic you know. They wouldn't like to see your face all messed up. Be polite, you could put up a bold description that says, 'Welcome '
- Provide safe delivery and on time. Call them to know if delivery made is safe. Apologize for any inconvenience and try not to repeat mistakes again. Call them to get feedbacks.
- Don't be stingy please. Once in a while give your customers gift, don't wait until holidays or most celebrated days. You win your customers heart through this.
- Appreciate them and let them know you are grateful. You could send them an email, a message or even write appreciation note on their receipt.
- Package your products well, be neat and let those products worth what they pay for. No customers would love to buy from you if you are dirty or your product doesn't look tidy.
