Creating Impact

A good name is rather to be chosen than silver nor gold. Are you creating impact? Can people smile when they see you? Do people wish you were gone and dead? How do you really make people feel, happy or sad? If all your answers are negative then you aren't doing anything. Some staff or workers get so excited the moment they hear their bosses are dead... Like the mighty has fallen. Seriously bad attitude and poor human relations sucks a lot. Anyway you go create an impact, let people feel at home when they meet you, welcome them warmly and treat them just as you would love to be treated. Everyone deserves love and to be loved. Create impact in the life of people. Your workers are not slaves, treat them as humans and as you. Use your leadership skills and roles for something great. Be empathetic, show some feelings and concern please. Most people's are so hard and dark that they stopped feeling for others or even being in their shoes. Your employee can help you someday, may be tomorrow. Don't think it is over, no! You will seek help someday, if not company or office work, it could be something else. So treat everyone with love. You might say, "money, money, money " yes money is essential but treat people well and good, money will definitely come. Treat your customers well, your coworkers, your employer, your employee and others.
