Stress and Anxiety

The only thing that can make one age faster apart from health issues is stress and there are various types of stress; physical stress, emotional stress, psychological stress etc. Stress can make one look unhealthy even after eating or taking in the correct nutrition. Anxiety on the other hand causes stress. When you are so anxious to get a thing fast, it makes one tense and may result to panick attack or increase in blood pressure. To be on a safe side, reduce stress and stop being over anxious. Here is how to do it;

* Rest
* Take a shower after work
* Go to spar, get a massage
* Have good sex
* Spend time with your love
* Chat people up, call your friends
* Don't take life too seriously
* Check your blood pressure
* Relax and chill
* Drink milk or take chill ice-cream
* Watch movies
Lastly be accomodating, stop thinking so much, be contented, avoid gossips; to the women, smile, talk nicely to people. HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE
