We live in a world were everyone is going through alot of pains and bitterness, some people choose to bottle their problems up, they can't even tell their families, or friends to avoid being laughed at and rejected. For you to have good relationship with people, you need to be polite. Never be arrogant. Say " I am sorry " when you have gone wrong. Say " please " to get something or get something done by someone.
