Express your emotions

 Well, some days you just have to cry. This has nothing to do with being strong. Don't keep all the emotions in your heart, lest you get mad upstairs. Any way you can express your emotions do it, but don't fight or abuse anyone. It could be crying, it could be writing, it could be singing. Just don't keep all emotions to yourself. When angry, you could just relax or cool off for some time rather than hitting someone or transferring aggressions. If you have a hot temper, get angry easily without no cause, then you seriously need to work on yourself. Try to control your emotions and protect others from being a victim of your anger. Be calm when angry, don't talk shit please because anything you say then knowingly or unknowingly would be used against you later. Yes! Even if you never meant it. So, try to control your emotions so you don't hurt anyone.
