Conflict is inevitable in any organisation, even in families and communities, conflict exist. The ability to resolve conflict amicably is emotional Intelligence. The first step in resolving conflict is to listen. Listen to both parties, know their problems, it is not just listening, act on it too. If you can listen carefully, then the problem is half solved. Know what caused the conflict, and move towards solving those problems. Give useful solutions to problems. Also, as a Business person, you should be able to resolve your customers complaints. Make them feel satisfied, give them good reasons why they should patronize you or buy your product. Today, I have said something about:
