I Want To Be A Ghost

I want to be a Ghost
To speak to people unknown
To be unseen
To give hope to the hopeless
To change lives
To restore love
Those love that were lost
To bring people together
As one
Not just as blood

I want to be a Ghost
To write my tales
My experiences, my joy and my sadness
I want to be heard
But not seen
For many may reject me
For saying 'Black is Black
And White shouldn't be Green'
They would say;
'I have a big head
The type that swallows Mountain Everest'

I want to be a Ghost
To free lots from their twenty first century
Bondages
Who thinks family is about
Blood ties
And puts the blames on leaders
For making them;
Failures
Debtors and
Angry men
Being purposeless
Wanting for more
But doing nothing for themselves
Gradually they move to
An eternity of "NO WAY"

I want to be a Ghost
In a world where money sets one free
And truth is exchanged for Gold
A world where papers are bought
And school leavers hustle like school dropouts
With no class
With no test
With no sense
But with a paper that can give a life
Oh! Let me sleep in my dreams
And be a Free Ghost.
