How To Criticize Without Making Anyone Feel Bad

Most people criticize without caring if they hearer would feel bad or not. A good number of people have committed suicide just from hearing the negative things said about them and to them. Not everyone has a thick skin to absorb those negative words. Not everyone is mentally strong and healthy, so while you criticize be a little human, be considerate, be polite. Criticize without insulting, insult isn't criticism. You can't tell a person, " You look sick." and expect such person to be happy. You can say, " I love your new shape or look, you are beautiful, but adding up a little will make you more beautiful."

Pointing out the flaws or just saying the bad aspects can make anyone go back home thinking and having sleepless nights. Instead of saying, " Your writing is horrible."  You can say,  " I love how you write, it is good but next time dot your I's and cross your T's. Or you can just say,  "Your writing is good but work on your grammars."

Compliment before revealing the flaws. This won't only make the hearer feel good, it will make him or her put more effort to improve.
