Cultivating a Good and Healthy Habit

Good habit are formed, bad habit are formed too. It takes days of continuous practice for an action to become a habit. Cultivating a good and healthy habit makes life easier for you. It shows, you are mannered. The following are the good habits you should imitate;

Don't talk while eating. Always remember your table manners.

Say " thank you" when you are shown kindness by a person.

Say " I'm sorry" when you go wrong. Never abuse it.

Forgive, not hold unto grudges.

Don't keep malice.

Welcome everyone, never make anyone feel unwanted even if there are really bad.
