HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF

We always want to love and be loved, we never thought of loving ourselves and accepting ourselves the way we are. Being in love with yourself makes you have self-confidence, happiness and a cheerful heart. It scares insecurity and depression away. By loving yourself, you learn to love others and accept them just the way they are; their body size, body shape and their personality. Self-love is not selfishness. You must love yourself first.
